- Descriptions: THIS IS AN AMERICAN RECOVERY AND REINVESTMENT ACT (ARRA) PROCUREMENT. The Economic Recovery Operations Center, Intermountain, located in Golden, Colorado intends to award a contract for 11.9 miles of road reclamation, and noxious weed treatment of 11.2 miles on seven separate roads. Items of work include: broadcast spraying roads for noxious weed treatment; determining stake locations to coincide with the road logs; construction of road closure earth berms, building waterbars; Stream restorations including the removal and disposal of culverts; and seeding and mulching w/ weed free straw to all disturbed areas. Additionally, hauling and placement of riprap is required at designated stream restorations sites. All stream restoration sites require erosion control blankets and straw wattles.
