- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR (Federal Acquisition Regulation) as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. U.S. Army Dugway Proving Ground, Directorate of Contracting is contemplating the procurement of a Referee Station Radio Upgrade, consisting of a Central Command Center and referee stations. The Referee Station Radio Upgrade will replace the CIB (Communications Interface Box) within the CIB with a newer version and add a customized TRN (Tower Radio Node) at each radio station. Due to the complex nature of this requirement and detailed specifications, please refer to the Governments two websites, A.S.F.I. (Army Single Face to Industry), and FEDBIZOPPS (Federal Business Opportunities) for further requirements. This is a notice of intent to negotiate on a sole source basis with Dycor Technologies Inc., 1851 94th Street, Edmonton, AB, CAN, T6N 1E6. Pursuant to 10 U.S.C. 2304 ( C ) (1), supplies, services and / or equipment are available from one responsible source and no other type of supplies, services and / or equipment will satisfy agency requirements. Note: Refer to Solicitation number W911S6-10-T-0014, on A.S.F.I. for the following requirement: clins 0001 thru 0004 are fully funded, for clins 0005 and 0006, funding for these two clins are not currently available in accordance with FAR 52.232-18, Availability of Funds. These clins are process to point of award only. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Supporting evidence must be furnished to demonstrate the ability to comply with the governments requirements. The solicitation is issued as a request for quote (RFQ).
