- DESCRIPTION OF SERVICE, GENERAL INFORMATION, ETC. SITE VISIT DIRECTIONS, BASE ACCESS REQUIREMENTS, ETC. BLANK EXCEL SPREADSHEET USED TO SUBMIT BID. The solicitation number is FA9301-10-M-E003. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared IAW the format in FAR 12.6 as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation for this requirement. This is a request for quotation (RFQ). The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through most current Federal Acquisition Circular. Federal Supply Class/Service (FSC) code is J099. NAICS is 811310 and the size standard is $7,000,000.00. A site visit will be held for all interested parties. Please see the site visit information attached to the solicitation. This acquisition is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The 95th Contracting Squadron, Edwards Air Force Base, CA is seeking to purchase the following service: Line 1: Contract Management monthly inspection and preventative maintenance of 2 GRAB 300 barrier systems. South Gate and North Gate locations. IAW paragraph 1.1 of the PWS including inspection and maintenance items identified in Appendix C. Line 2: Monthly inspection and preventative maintenance of 1 GRAB 300 barrier systems. Location at West Gate IAW paragraph 1.1. of the PWS including inspection and maintenance items identified in Appendix C. Line 3: Monthly inspection and preventative maintenance of 10 bollards at building 1, 12 bollards at building 2750, and 12 bollards at building 1220 IAW paragraph 1.1 of the attached PWS including inspection and maintenance items identified in Appendix C. Line 4: Over and Above work IAW paragraph 1.3. of the attached PWS. Line 5: Routine repair service calls. Hourly billing starts when technician arrives at Edwards AFB, CA. Contractor response to schedule work within 4 hours of notification. Work completed within 4 duty days IAW paragraph 1.2.1. of the attached PWS. Contractor's labor hour charge $ Line 6: Emergency service calls Hourly billing starts when technician arrives at Edwards, AFB CA. Contractor response within 1 hour of notification. Contractor on site within 4 hours after notification IAW paragraph 1.2.2 of attached PWS. Contractor's labor hour charge $ Line 7: Trip Charge to Edwards to perform Routine and Emergency Service Calls when requested. Note: only 1 trip charge allowable per Routine or Emergency service call. Contractor Trip charge $ Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the item described in this synopsis are invited to submit in writing a complete quote including delivery FOB destination (Edwards AFB, CA 93524). Offerors are required to submit with their quote with enough information for the Government to evaluate the minimum requirements detailed in this synopsis.
