- Solicitation number, SPM4A6-10-R-0802, will issue on May 03, 2010 with a closing date of June 03, 2010. PR is IQ10104009037, 5365-00-362-1880, Bushing, Nonmetallic. Shelf life is applicable to the NSN. Unit of issue is each. Solicitation is Unrestricted, Other than Full and Open competition. Non-Commercial and is not Critical Safety Item. Sole source of supply is Cummins, Inc, Cage 15434, Part Number; S1077.Surge and Sustainment is not required for the NSN. The solicitation will result in Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) year plus four (4) option years. The Estimated Annual Demand (EAD) for the base year and for each option year is 97 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for the base year is 24 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for the base year is 97 each. The guaranteed minimum delivery order quantity for each option year is 24 each. The guaranteed maximum delivery order quantity for each option year is 97each.The maximum annual contract quantity 194 each. The requested delivery is 137 days ARO.
