- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP) has a requirement for NSN: 4140-01-413-8961, Fan, Centrifugal. The Government anticipates issuing an Indefinite Delivery Order Contract under solicitation number SPM8E6-10-R-0011 on or about June 28, 2010. This procurement will be for one (1) base year and three (3) possible option years. This procurement will be an unrestricted procurement with FOB Destination terms to any Defense Distribution Center located throughout the United States. The part number being procured is the Gardener Denver (3FMB4) part number 7023. Technical data is proprietary to Gardener Denver and therefore unavailable to the Government. The required delivery schedule will be 130 days. The annual estimated demand is 38 each and may be revised at the time the solicitation is issued in order to provide the most accurate and up to date information possible. The solicitation, once issued, will be posted onto DIBBS, https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/. All responsible sources will be able to submit a proposal which will then be considered by DSCP. This solicitation will allow for a single award and evaluation will be based on Low Price Technically Acceptable (LPTA). The contract resulting from this solicitation will be a Fixed Price Contract with Economic Price Adjustment (EPA).
