Description
PR No: IQC10112009023; This solicitation will contain 1 NSN for a Modulator, Radar used on the F-15 Aircraft. This solicitation is for award of an indefinite quantity contract with a base year with four one-year options. The NSN and Minimum and Maximum quantities are as follows: NSN: 5841-01-101-3619 Approved Sources: HERLEY INDUSTRIES, CAGE 32187, P/N MD-100X011 COMMUNICATIONS & POWER INDUSTRIES, CAGE 88236, P/N MA412-1X1D M/A COM. INC., CAGE 96341, PN MA8412-1X1D Guaranteed Minimum Quantity (base Year Only): 6 each Minimum per delivery order: 6 each Maximum per delivery order: 24 each Estimated Annual Quantity: 24 each Maximum Annual Quantity: 36 each Delivery: FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin, Contractor First Article Testing, 1 TE (2 Units) 270 days ARO, Government Evaluation is 45 days, Delivery of Production Materials is 134 days ARO. Surge requirements do not apply. Other than full and open competition applies. The final contract award decision may be based on a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The anticipated issue date is on or about May 10, 2010. The anticipated award date is July 30, 2010. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all proposals received within forty-five days (thirty days if award is issued under an existing basic ordering agreement) after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete with this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
