- Section B-6 -Yellow Mtn. Sched. Rev. Section B-2 - Joanna Bald Sched Rev. SF30 - Amendment 1 SF30 - Amendment 1 This amendment is to make the following changes: 1. Any work completed on the Yellow Mtn. Tower will be accompanied with a Forest Service Representative to gain access through adjacent private subdivision; 2. Attach revised Bid Schedule Jonna Bald Tower (Bid Items 12 - 16); 3. Attach revised Bid Schedule Yellow Mountain Tower (Bid Items 25 - 28); 4. Add note to section 06100 - Part 3 - Execution subpart D- Fasteners. Section 4 requires"Fasten all members with new bolts and fasteners. Do not re-use existing bolts and fasteners unless approved in writing by COR. ADD- all replacement bolts shall be stainless steel; 5. Sheet 26 of 28 of the drawings states "do not paint ceiling" remove this note as painting the ceiling is required under this contract per the contract specifications; 6. Sheet 25 of the drawings - remove any reference to the concrete floor replacement & drain; 7. Sheet 26 of the drawings - remove any reference to the concrete floor replacement & drain. All other terms and conditions remain unchanged.
