- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY; THEREFORE FAR 5.203 DOES NOT APPLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTOR(S) UNDER THE CURRENT CONTRACT NUMBER(S): Not Applicable This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Under the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA), the US Army Corps of Engineers, Kansas City District, has issued a request for quotes for a firm-fixed price contract for an electrical connection assembly for a trailer mounted generator delivered to Pomme de Terre Lake Project, near Hermitage, Missouri. The NAICS code for this project is 423610 and the size standard is 100 employees. This solicitation will be set aside for small business. Vendors will need to go to the AFSI website to obtain a copy of the solicitation. Please note that vendors must currently be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) Database and Online Representations and Certification Application (ORCA). Additionally there are some unique reporting requirements relevant to the use of ARRA funds (see FAR 52.204-11 for details). Fax quotes are acceptable.
