Description
This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This requirement is an unrestricted acquisition. The NAICS code is 332439 and the size standard is 500 employees. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular FAC 05-40, Effective March 23, 2010 Line item 0001 - 20ft x 8ft x 8.5ft ISO Containers, Genreal Purpuse Vented, QTY: 16 for 120 day lease, Manchester NH Line item 0002 - 20ft x 8ft x 8.5ft ISO Containers, Genreal Purpuse Vented, QTY: 12, for 120 day lease, Concord NH Option quote: Line item 0003 Pick up Containers at FT McCoy, WI **Delivery Locations, quantities, unloading capabilities: Sixteen shipping containers will be delivered to Manchester, NH. Twelve containers will be delivered to Concord, NH. Concord has unloading capabilities with forklift. Manchester has unloading capability with crane. FT McCoy has unloading and loading capabilities with container handling unit. **DELIVERY LOCATION: NEW HAMPSHIRE ARMY NATIONAL GUARD, ATTN: CW2 RUSSEL COX, 1 MINUTEMAN WAY, CONCORD NH, 03301 NEW HAMPSHIRE ARMY NATIONAL GUARD, ATTN: 197th Fires BDE S4 SECTION, 1059 CANAL STREET, MANCHESTER NH, 03101 Offerors shall propose a firm fixed price per container for 120 day lease (starting 30 June 2010). Containers shall be water tight and sea worthy. Cannot have distorted rain gutters over the doors. Doors must open freely, lock and unlock without much force. Door locks, handles, and hinges cannot be broken. Cannot be missing any fasteners. Dents cannot be more than 1 inch in depth. Under structure rails cannot be broken, twisted, cut, or gouged. Floor cannot have holes, all fasteners must be in place, and no protrusion of any kind. Vents cannot be rusted and must have weather shield in good condition to prevent entrance of any kind. The provisions at 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items apply. The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the responsible offeror whose offer conforming to the solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, price and other factors considered. The following factors shall be used to evaluate offers: Price, delivery schedule, and Technical. Technical and delivery schedule, when combined are approximately equal to cost or price.
