Description

RECOVERY: THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER CENTRAL OREGON FOREST ENGINEERING & ROAD MAINTENANCE AGREEMENTS UNDER SOLICITATION AG-04NO-S-09-0004. Task order project will include: Converting 23 miles of asphalt pavement to gravel surfacing. All pulverized asphalt pavement will be left in place and graded to construct the new road surface. Ditch reconditioning, culvert cleaning and brushing will also take place to promote road quality. The contractor shall be responsible for providing all labor, tools, material, and equipment necessary to perform all work in strict accordance with the specification(s) and drawing(s). Anticipated period of performance for this task order is ninety (90) calendar days after notice to proceed. The Government intends to place a firm fixed price task order on or before June 1, 2010. The resulting order shall utilize funds provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act (ARRA) of 2009. Inclusion of unique provisions required implementing the Act, including those for significant reporting and transparency requirements by the successful offeror will be required
