Description

The proposed procurement is Unrestricted; NAICS 561730 with a small business size standard of not to exceed $7 million average annual receipts. The estimated cost of services is between $500,000.00 and $1,000,000.00. PLEASE NOTE THIS IS NOT A SOLICITATION. The solicitation will be posted on or about 11 May 2010. Solicit and award one contract for the installation of plants and seeds for the wetland cell 1C at Poplar Island. The acreage is approximately 35 acres. Additional information in accordance with the Scope of Work/Plans/Specs will be included in the bid package that will be available on or about 11 May 2010. The solicitation will be provided in an electronic format, free of charge, to all authenticated account holders of Federal Business Opportunities (FBO) System. Please note that all Corps of Engineers acquisitions are considered Sensitive, but unclassified documents and require users to have valid MPIN entered in the FBO systems to access package. The media through which the Government chooses to issue this solicitation will be the Internet only. This solicitation will not be issued in paper.
