- GASTRO CONSIGNMENT NOTIFICATION The Government intends to award a call against a Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) awarded to Cook Medical. The call is for consignment items to be used in the Gastro Clinic at the Naval Medical Center, Portsmouth, VA. Interested vendors/manufacturers may respond to this notice to have their products reviewed/evaluated for possible award of another BPA. This notice is for notification purposes only and no award will be made from this solicitation.
