- This is a brand name requirement for the purchase of DBI/SALA brand Self Retracting Lifelines and Swiveling Snap Hooks. A firm fixed price contract is contemplated. The solicitation number will be FA8125-10-Q-0253. The item and quantities are as follows: Item 0001: SELF RETRACTING LIFELINE WITH ANTI-RACHETING FEATURE, P/N 3504450, QTY 50 EA Item 0002: TALON, SWIVELING SNAP HOOK, P/N 3101001, QTY 24 EA The solicitation issue date will be 26 April 2010. ALL OFFERS MUST BE SUBMITTED USING THE SOLICITATION FORM ATTACHED TO THIS NOTICE. PR Number is F3YCDH0062A001 NOTE: An Ombudsman has been appointed to hear concerns from offerors or potential offerors during the proposal development phase of this acquisition.
