- Performance Work Statement (PWS) Solicitation document The purpose of this acquisition is to retrofit the existing 30T stretch wrap press with an updated computer system and circuit cards within the die table cabinet. The work shall be performed in accordance with the attached Performance Work Statement (PWS) and with the Manufacturers specifications. The government intends to award the resulting contract to the original manufacturer, Cyril Bath Company. However, all responsible sources may submit a proposal, bid, or quote that will be considered by the agency.
