- The Naval Air Warfare Center, Weapons Division, China Lake, CA intends to procure on an other than full and open competition basis the following items: Fixed Tuned Oscillator Module (FTLO), Qty 1. This requirement is sole sourced to Crane Aerospace & Electronics, 340 N. Roosevelt Ave., Chandler, AZ 85226, due to Crane Aerospace & Electronics owns the proprietary drawing 6132-6386-02 and technical data to make the FTLO Modules. Any firms believing that they can provide the Fixed Tuned Oscillator Module (FTLO), may submit a written response to be received at the Contracting Office no later than 5 days after the date of publication of this notice. It must clearly show the firm's ability to be responsive without compromising the quality, accuracy or reliability of the module without causing programmatic hardship.
