- RECOVERY – This notice is for information purposes only as required by FAR subpart 5.7 “Publicizing Requirement under the American Recovery and Reinvestment of Act 2009”. Award has been made to Missoula Concrete using an existing Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) AG-82X9-08-0012 under a GSA Contract for Prefabricated Concrete Vault Toilet Buildings for the Bitterroot National Forest. This acquisition was conducted under the authority of the Multiple Award Schedule Program (FAR 8.401 & FAR 8.405-3). Missoula Concrete offered the best value for single vault prefabricated toilet buildings based on the quality offered, price reasonableness, past performance, and experience with installation.
