- ***RECOVERY*** THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. The project is funded through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Forest Service, has awarded a Firm Fixed price Contract to DOT Construction, Inc for SRS Energy Enhancement and Modernization, LEED for existing Buildings Certification using 8(a) procedures in accordance with Part 19 of the Federal Acquisition Regulations. Project Location: Buncome, North Carolina Project Description: SRS HQ Energy Enhancement and Modernization, LEED for existing building certification project consists of providing energy upgrades, system modernization, deferred maintenance elimination, and begin the LEED-EB process for the Southern Research Station Heqdquarters facility.
