- RECOVERY - PER FAR 5.7 THIS NOTICE IS PROVIDED FOR INFORMATION PURPOSES ONLY. The U.S. Department of Agriculture, Agricultural Research Service intends to modify a firm-fixed price task order issued for predesign/design services for additional services to incorporate a necessary control system into the final design. This task order was awarded against an existing indefinite quantity for A-E services. The contract was competed in accordance with the Brooks Act and FAR 36.6 Architectural and Engineering (A-E) Services. The selection of Bailey Edward Design was based upon criteria which included the following: overall technical expertise, and an internal analysis of costs. These additional design services are necessary and within scope of the original contract. This opportunity is available only under Task Order No. AG-5114-D-09-0083. This modification is awarded to Bailey Edward Design.
