- Legal Notice Subcontracting Opportunities Del-Jen INC. is the current contractor operating the Albuquerque Job Corps Center under contract to the U.S. Department of Labor. The center provides academic education, vocational training, and all related services to young adults between the ages of 16-24. We are seeking dental services for the enrolled students.
