This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. AG-82B1-S-10-0367 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ), under the Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP), Part 13.5. Test program For Certain Commercial Items. The NAICS code is 339950. The small business size standard is 500 Employees in average annual receipts. This acquisition is small business set-aside. This procurement is for a firm fixed price contract. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40. Scope of Contract: The contractor shall provide Traffic Control Devices- Sign Manufacture for various highways and roads for Clearwater National Forest, Orofino, ID 83544 The list of attachments for line items 1 through 16. Line item 001 – Multiple road sign package for the following highways and roads– Highways 12, 3, 6 and 9; Roads 111, 3347, 359, 360 and 373. Required Delivery Date: May 24, 2010 - Line Item 002- Multiple road sign package for the following roads: Road 100, 1963, 247, 252 and 369. - Required Delivery Date: May 24, 2010.- Line Item 003- Multiple road sign package for the following Roads : Road 101, 250 and 486a. – Required Delivery Date: June 14, 2010 - Line item 004- Multiple road sign package for the following roads: road 255, 368, 377 and 447-4712. – Required Delivery Date – June 14, 2010 - Line Item 005- Multiple road sign package for the following roads: Road 4716, 500 and 566. – Required Delivery Date: July 8, 2010 - Line Item 006- Multiple road sign package for the following roads: Road 1705, 246, 362, 382, 535 and 581.
