- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation and a written solicitation will not be issued. Under Solicitation number HSCEMD-10-Q-00021, the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), intends to award a sole source contract in accordance with Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.501. The sole source contract will be issued to Communications Engineering, 4742 42nd Ave SW, Seattle, Washington, 98106-4553 for 200 each, CE20li - PT200 with accessories for delivery to Lorton, VA 20598. Communication Engineering is the only known source. All responsible sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement, and should furnish detailed data concerning their capabilities to provide the product including pricing data and technical data sufficient enough to determine that a comparable source to the government is available. The Government will be the sole determiner regarding an offeror's ability to meet the requirement. The applicable North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code is 334290. The small business size standard is 750 employees. DHS ICE anticipates the award of a firm fixed price contract. Delivery is 30 ARO. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-38.
