- NSN 3110-01-082-8754; Purchase Request Number IQC10105009008; Bearing, Ball, Duplex. Source Control item. Northrop Grumman Systems Corp (CAGE 97942), Drawing 578R952 Revision T, Part Number 578R952H02. Approved Sources: Industrial Tectonics (CAGE 96577), Kaydon Corporation (CAGE 32828), Timken Aerospace (CAGE 40920), and New Hampshire Ball Bearings (CAGE 83086). Origin Inspection required. FOB Destination. Stocked Item. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP FCA. Requested delivery is 130 DARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as an Unrestricted requirement, Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 1716 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 429 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Award from this solicitation can only be made from a domestically manufactured (US or Canada) bearings and bearing components. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation anticipated issue date is May 11, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
