- J&A FREDDIE RFQ FREDDIE This is a synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will NOT be issued. This is a Request For Quote (RFQ) and the solicitation number is 100415RB. The 6th Contracting Squadron, MacDill AFB, Florida, requires the following: BRAND NAME OR EQUAL ITEMS, F.R.E.D.D.I.E., ENCASE, & HBGARY ITEMS: DESCRIPTION OF REQUIREMENT SEE THE ATTACH QUOTE SHEET The Command requires the following: • F.R.E.D.D.I.E. (Forensic Recovery of Evidence Diminutive Interrogation Equipment). • EnCase V6 Forensics Software • EnCase Bit 9 Analyzer Perpetual • HBGary Responder Professional • Digital DNA for Responder Pro • Online and telephone software technical support. • Access to innovative support technology. • One-Stop interoperability support. • 24x7x365 access to the latest software updates and patches available any time from any location. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-39 effective 19 March 2010, DFAR DCN 20080721 and AFFAR AFAC 2008-0605. The North American Industry Classification System code (NAICS) is 511210 Software Publishers,. the small business size standard is 100 Employees. The Standard Industrial Classification (SIC) is 5045. A firm fixed price contract will be awarded. All interested parties must bid on all items. BASIS FOR AWARD: Award will be made to the lowest price offeror that is determined to be technically acceptable. DELIVERY ADDRESS: The equipment items is to be procured on behalf United States Central Command (US CENTCOM), MacDill AFB (Tampa), FL 33621.
