- This solicitation will be issued as Unrestricted and other than full and open competition. All responsible sources may submit an offer/quote which shall be considered. The subject requirement is for acquisition of 5985-01-149-9091. The requirement will result in an award of an Indefinite Delivery Purchase Order Contract for which delivery orders may be placed for TWO (2) years. The solicitation will be available in DIBBS by APRIL 26, 2010 at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/. The delivery for this acquisition will be on an FOB Destination basis.
