(30086) P/N ETN6798; BUY QUANTITY: 13 each; A 200% Option for increased quantity is also included with Price Break Option for quantities as follows: 1 to 15 each, 16 to 23 each, and 24 to 26 each; GOVERNMENT REQUIRED DELIVERY SCHEDULE: To be delivered at the rate of 13 each every 240 days ADO and any balance at the rate of 5 each every 30 days thereafter.; SHIPMENTS: All shipments are to be made to CONUS stock locations.; GOVERNMENT INSPECTION AND ACCEPTANCE: Destination; FOB: Destination; TYPE OF SET-ASIDE: Unrestricted; SMALL BUSINESS SIZE STANDARD: 500 employees; FULL AND OPEN COMPETITION APPLIES: This acquisition is for supplies for which the Government does not possess complete, unrestrictive technical data; therefore, the Government intends to solicit and contract with only approved sources under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) (1).; Approved Source is: SPD Electrical Systems, Inc.; While prices may be a significant factor in the evaluation of offers, the final award decision will be based on a combination of price, delivery, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation.; The following Government-wide Numbered Note(s) applies: 26. Based upon market research, the Government is not using the policies contained in Part 12, Acquisition of Commercial Items, in its solicitation for the described supplies or services. However, interested persons may identify to the contracting officer their interest and capability to satisfy the Government's requirement with a commercial item within 15 days of this notice. ; This Solicitation is an RFP and will be available on the Internet at https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/RFP/ and will be issued on or about 03/24/2010.
