- Notice of Intent: The Bureau of Reclamation, Montana Area Office, Marias/Milk Rivers Unit intends to award to Montana Conservation Corp. a purchase requirement for Campground Rehab Service. The proposed action is for campground rehabilitation for which the Government believes that there is only one responsible source and no other services will satisfy the agency's requirement. A Justification for Other than Full and Open competition has been prepared in support of this acquisition. This notice is not a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The anticipated award date is April 22, 2010. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) Code is 561730; with a small business size standard of $7 million.
