- Fleet and Industrial Supply Center San Diego intends to issue a sole source purchase order in accordance with FAR Part 12 and Part 13.5 to Scanservice Corporation, 2681 Dow Ave Ste D, Tustin CA 92780-7244, 1 year Preventative Maintenance Service for TOPCON 002B TEM and TOPCON SM-510 SEM. The proposed contract action is for services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and will be advised as to how to submit their product (s) for future evaluation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all quotation set forth above will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon a response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.
