- 0023119102 1680-01-285-4647 Solicitation Number, SPM4A710R0972, 0023119102, NSN: 1680-01-285-4647 Panel, Contro, Elect. This is solicited as 100% Small Business Set-aside, only offers from small businesses will be considered. This will result in a Firm Fixed Priced Contract under the provisions of FAR 13.5. The purchase request quantity is 30 each. This is a Critical Application Item (CAI). This is not a Critical Safety Item (CSI). This is a part numbered item P/N 74A800643-1041 DCX-CHOL Enterprise Inc. (CAGE: 27456) and The Boeing Company (CAGE: 76301) and CKC Industries Inc. (CAGE: 7J371). The solicitation does not contain progress payments. This is being solicited with FOB at Destination. The Inspection and Acceptance is at Origin. Government First Article Testing Apply. The First Article is due 133 days from date of award. Production delivery will be 133 days after first article acceptance. The required delivery of is 266 days ARO. An IQC strategy is not appropriate at this time the demand does not show need for an IQC. Progress payments are not included IAW FAR 32.5. ABVS is included.
