- RECOVERY - In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009 (ARRA), Public Law 111-5, the U.S. Department of Commerce, National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), intends to award a modification to an existing contract with Deloitte Consulting LLP, to provide technical support services for NOAA's High Performance Computing and Communications Program. The goal is to accelerate the adoption of advanced computing communications and information technology throughout NOAA. The Government intends to negoriate a firm fixed price modification with the performance period commencing approximatly May 1, 2010.
