- The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, materials, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the work under this contract including but not limited to; Install water flow meters; ultraviolet disinfection; water sample taps at Range Wells 2,6,31A,29,32,34,36, RTS Med Norht & RTS Med South. All responsible Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Businesses may submit an offer that shall be considered by this agency. An award for this requirement will be made pursuant to the Small Business Competitiveness Demonstration Program.
