- The Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) is soliciting proposals from organizations with the capability to provide update to the existing guidelines and continue the development of new guidelines regarding treatment of patients following exposures to toxic substances. The goal is to develop and disseminate guidelines that will assist Poison Control Center personnel in treating patients who have been exposed to poisonous substances. This requirement will be for a base year with one year options. This procurement action is a full and open competitive solicitation under NAICS code 541990. It is anticipated that a cost plus fixed fee type contract will result from this requirement. The solicitation will be available at this site on or about May 7, 2010, with a closing date on or about June 7, 2010.
