- The NAVY EXPERIMENTAL DIVING UNIT, Panama City, FL. intends to procure via SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES, SOLE SOURCE to MA Tech Services Inc, 1920 South Broadway, St. Louis, MO 63104-4053. NAICS code is 334516.Task 1 Requirement - MGA 1100 Mass Spectrometer Turbo. NEDU has a requirement for this equipment in support of the Ocean Simulation Facility (OSF)/Test Pool Biomedical data acquisition capabilities. MA Tech has the proprietary rights to the service and manufacturing of the MGA 1100 Mass Spectrometer. The requirement is for an upgrade to the equipment currently in-house.
