- This publication serves as notice of intent to procure on a sole source basis from Amirix (Vemco) (1) 10 ea VR2-PVC (gray) trade in for upgrade to VR@W Coded Acoustic Receiver (69KHz) with bluetooth code map-112; (2) VR1/VR2 Grey PVC Receiver Upgrade- Quantity of 10Units ; (3) 7 ea VR2-Delrin (black case) trade in for upgrad to VR2W Coded Acoutstic Reciever (69KHz) with Bluetooth Code Map-112, and 4 ea VR2W Coded Acoutic Receiver (69KHz) with Bluetooth Code Map 112, Lithium Metal Tadiran 5930/F battery included. for the Department of Commerce (DOC), National Oceanic & Atmospheric Administration (NOAA), National Marine Fisheries Service (NMFS). Authority for sole-source purchase is 41 USC 253 (c) (1) only one responsible source and no other source will satify agency needs. This notice of intent is not a request for competitve proposals. However, all proposals received within 15 days of this publication of this synopsis will be considered by the government. This is a simplified acquisition with an estimated value of less that $100,000 **** The Westren Regional Acquisition Division, requires that all contractors doing business with this Acquisition Office be registered with the Central Contractor Registey (CCR) as of October 1, 2003.
