- Wage Determination Wyoming Wage Determination Colorodo Solicitation Statement of Work - Wycolo Bid Item 2 Statement of Work Somber Hill Bid Item 1 Instruction documents (I) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice and in accordance with the simplified acquisition procedures authorized in FAR Part 13. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; bids are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (II) This solicitation is issued as a Request for Proposal (RFP). Submit written quotes on RFP Number AG-82B1-S-10-0324. (III) The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-33. (IV) This solicitation is being issued as a Total Small Business Set-Aside. The associated NAICS code is 115310, Support Activities for Forestry, Fuels Management Services. The small business size standard is $17.5M. (V) This combined solicitation/synopsis is for purchase of the following commercial item/services: Porter Creek Ranch WUI Fuels Reduction Project; Wycolo WUI Fuels Reduction Project and Somber Hill WUI Fuels Reduction Project in the Laramie Ranger District, Medicine Bow and Routt National Forests. (a) See Table of Supplies and Services in the Addendum (VI) Detailed description of requirements is included in attached statement of work and exhibits. The following is a general description of the services to be performed: The project consists of providing all materials, labor and transportation for hazard tree cutting, slash treatment and fuels reduction activities on the Laramie Ranger District, Medicine Bow and Routt National Forests. The services in this contract are designed to provide for hazard tree removal in developed recreation sites and trailheads. This contract requires vegetation manipulation in compliance with the enclosed specifications, terms, conditions, and provisions. This may require the Contractor to furnish labor, supervision, transportation, operating supplies, and incidentals to perform all work specified in the contract. The Government reserves the right to make multiple awards for this effort. (VII) Date(s) and place(s) of delivery and acceptance: ALL DOCUMENTS REQUIRED DOCUMENTS ARE ATTACHED TO INCLUDE INSTRUCTIONS. All responsible sources may submit a bid which will be considered by the Government. In accordance with FAR 4.1102(a), prospective contractors must be registered in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database prior to award of a contract. Lack of registration in the CCR on part of the offeror will render an offeror ineligible for award.
