- This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. W911S7-10-T-0092 is being issued as a request for quotation (RFQ). This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 2005-16. This procurement is a 100% Small Business set-aside. The NAICS code is 813110 and the small business size standard is 7.0M. The proposed contractual action will be a firm fixed price Indefinite Delivery Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) type contract, with a 12 month base period and two (2) one year options. The minimum guaranteed quantity is 348 hours and the maximum quantity is 3,120 hours. The purpose of the Family Care Ministry Director is to provide both written and verbal bereavement support to the surviving spouse of an active duty or retiree family within the Fort Leonard Wood casualty area of responsibility, recruit outreach volunteers who have received this support to work one-on-one with newly the widowed, and to provide a means by which military widowed can communicate with other military widowed in their community.
