- TO 1-1A-14 TO 1-1-691 TO 1-1-689 TO 1-1-8 TO-00-25-234 TO 00-20-14 TO 00-5-3 TO 1-1-300 E-9_Applicable_Document This notification includes the list of documents instructions, directives, technical orders, and manuals applicable to the E-9 solicitation. The list includes document number, title and access information for each publication. The majority of documents can be accessed via publicly available websites with the remainder either posted to the FedBizOpps E-9 Library or available on-site at Tyndall AFB, FL. NOTE: This is a TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE; therefore, requests for access to the on-site library will only be accepted from small businesses. 1. The URLs for publications available on-line through various web sites are listed in the "Location" column in the "Online Access tab of the Applicable Documents list of this notification. 2. Air Force Technical Orders approved for public release are listed on the FBO tab and are posted with this notification. These publications can be downloaded. 3. Air Force Publications, Original Equipment Manufacturer Publications and vendor manuals listed under the Tyndall on-site Library tab will only be available for review at the on-site library located at Tyndall AFB, FL. The Tyndall AFB Library will be open Monday through Friday from 17 May to 21 May 2010 and on May 24, 25, 27, and 28 May 2010. Contractors will be limited to a maximum eight (8) hour supervised review of the documents available in the Tyndall AFB E-9 Library. Contractors must provide a list of the documents they wish to review during their visit. Contractors will be allowed to take notes only and not remove or copy documents. Contractors will be limited to a maximum of two (2) persons and shall provide names to CO in initial request. No questions will be answered during the on-site review. All questions must be formally submitted in writing to the CO. The CO will provide additional information on locations upon receipt of request. Contractors who wish to review the documents available only in the Tyndall AFB E-9 Library shall notify the Contracting Officer (CO), in writing, no later than COB 7 May 2010 for scheduling. The Contractor may include preferred date/time and the CO will coordinate times and establish a schedule based on number or requests.
