- THE PURPOSE OF THIS AMENDMENT IS TO ANSWER THE FOLLOWING QUESTION: 1. In response to your need for 10 Parking Space, Does it have to be indoors or can they be outdoors as well ? Answer: Can be outdoors as well so long as the security requirements are meet................................................................................................ This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-40. The NAICS Code for this solicitation is812930 and the size standard is $7.0 mil. The Bureau of the Public Debt, on behalf of Special Inspector General - TARP, has a requirement for a Not To Exceed 10 Parking Spaces Located Near 290 Broadway, New York City, NY. Specs: • Needs to be downtown Manhattan - ( no more than approximately 10 minutes away) at or near the vicinity of 290 Broadway • 24/7 access- Reserved spots-Over Night Parking will be required. • No valet or tandem parking-Specify type of access available. • Maximum of 10 spots- 6 spots immediately • Term - Date of Award - and continuing for 12 consecutive months. The contractor shall provide indoor/overnight parking spaces that have twenty-four hour, seven days a week access, in and out privileges, self parking to ensure response to emergency situations, and assigned spaces. The contractor will not leave the vehicles unsecured and will not have access to vehicle keys. Vehicles will be locked at all times. Vehicles cannot be double parked. The parking boundaries required are within 5-8 block radius (approximately 10 min or less walk) of 290 Broadway-downtown Manhattan, New York City, NY 10007 No solicitation documents is available The Bureau of Public Debt will consider all affirmative responses received no later than 7 calendar days after publication of this notice. Request for a solicitation document will not be considered an affirmative response. Award will be based on technically acceptable low price.
