- The USDA Forest Service, Chequamegon Nicolet National Forest is soliciting for the repair of Chipmunk Rapids Road, FR 2156, located in Florence County, Wisconsin. The work includes pulverizing existing pavement and subgrade to a depth of 12', compacting and grading pulverized material, replacing existing cross drain road culverts, replacing 2 stream major culverts, erosion control devices, seeding & mulching. The project completion date is October 30, 2010. The project is estimated between $75,000 and $125,000. Offer guarantee, performance and payment bonds, CCR, and ORCA are required. This will be a hub-zone small business set-aside best value award. All solicitation documents will be posted at FBO.
