- Description
- FFP The contractor shall furnish at a minimum, a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN)/Registered Nurse (RN) to manage the Referral Management Center (RMC) to serve as the central clearing house for referral services between providers and patients. The contractor shall be responsible for providing medical consulation and administrative support for the Medical Treatment Facility (MTF) staff and beneficiaries. Duties include but are not limited to greeting the patients, screening patient records, referral coordination, referral reviews, referral tracking and administration services between beneficiaries, team members, network/external providers as well as ancillary health care workers.Performance shall meet the professional standards of the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organization (JCAHO). The contractor is required to start work NLT two weeks after contract award, unless otherwise authorized.
