- Pre-Solicitation Notice U.S. Marine Corps Forces Pacific aboard Marine Corps Air Station Iwakuni, Japan hereby gives notice of intent to award a sole source requirement to Total Network Solutions (TNS). Under authority of FAR 6.302-1, TNS will be onsite to deliver the original Video Surveillance Management (VSOM) Hardware in June. MCAS Iwakuni has already slid delivery to the VSOM equipment from April to June 2010 due to building 125 modifications. TNS will have a team on site during this June timeframe to install the VSOM. This requirement for extension the VSOM capabilities into building 1 (Command Building). Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement. This notice of intent is NOT a request for competitive quotes. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
