- IQC10068009039 NSN 1680-01-321-4695, proposed Indefinite Quantity Contract for CUSHION, SEAT, AIRCRAFT IAW MCDONNELL DOUGLAS, CAGE 88277 P/N J119126-501 is the only approved sources of supply for this item. Solicitation is unrestricted for business size. Other than full and open competition in accordance with 10 U.S.C. 2304 (C ) (1). The technical data package for this procurement will be available in cFolders, at https: https://pcf1.bsm.dla.mil/cfolders/. FOB Destination, Inspection/Acceptance at Origin applies. Item is critical application but not a CSI (Critical Safety Item). Configuration Controls Applies. This is a Life Support item. Government First Article Testing applies. Base period is 12 months with an option to extend terms of contract for 4 option years. Estimated annual demand is 1100 each. There is a guaranteed minimum of 380 each for the base year only. Requested delivery is 99 days. Possible stock locations include: Continental United States. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies. The solicitation will be available on or about 4/27/2010.
