- Space and Naval Warfare Systems Center (SPAWARSYSCEN) Atlantic, Charleston, SC,intends to award a sole source contract in the estimated amount of $11 Millionto Global Strategies Group (North America) for software, database and Webportal architecture and application planning, design, development, andmaintenance services supporting Automated Information Systems, including, butnot limited to the classified Integrated Consumable Item Support (ICIS) systemand the DLA classified Fuel Inventory Management Plan as well as the FuelInventory Management Plan. A performance based, cost-plus-fixed-fee, indefinite-deliveryindefinite-quantity type contract is anticipated. The period of performance isexpected to be a base year and four one-year options. The applicable NorthAmerican Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 541511 and the sizestandard is $25 million. This announcement is not a request for competitiveproposals.
