- SOLICITATION NOTICE This notice is to inform prospective offerors that Request for Proposals (RFP) no. PR-HQ-09-14157 has been released on April 20, 2010. This is a U.S. Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) solicitation to obtain contractor services to support the Office of Resource Conservation and Recovery (ORCR) in developing and implementing programs to prevent, reduce and manage solid and hazardous waste to protect public health and the environment and to conserve valuable resources. This solicitation is for a Multiple Award Indefinite-Delivery Indefinite-Quantity (IDIQ) contract with fixed labor rates for services. Work to be performed under this contract shall be ordered through Task Orders placed pursuant to the ordering procedures described in the RFP. It is the Government's intent to award no more than three (3) indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contracts from this solicitation to offerors that successfully demonstrate their ability to perform the preponderance of work described in the contract-level Statement of Work without the need for significant mitigation of actual or potential conflicts of interest. Any questions regarding this solicitation must be submitted via email to the Contract Specialist at vanbuskirk.jared@epa.gov no later than 10:00 a.m. ET on April 29, 2010. Questions and answers of a common interest will be provided to all prospective offerors as an amendment to the solicitation. TELEPHONE CALLS REGARDING THIS PROCUREMENT WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
