- Red River Army Depot, Texarkana, TX has a requirement for Strip Stock Rubber. Contract will be a requirement rupe contract for a base and one option year. Strip Stock required is 0235-500,000 pounds; 0135-90,000 pounds: 0149-1,700,000 pounds and 0135 masterbatch-100,000 pounds.
