High QCC Applies, GOV FAT applies - 1 sample required, FAT delivery 90 days ARO, Government Test / Evaluation 90 days, Production Delivery 162 days AFAA, Submitting to Restone Arsenal, AL 35898. This buy is a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) buy with 100% quantity option. Total Quantity with option is 20. The end application is the Patriot. This buy is 100% Small Business Set Aside and DIBBS quotes are not acceptable. Contractors are expected to complete the entire solicitation package and submit to the bid office for processing.
