- NSN 3120-01-123-1457; Purchase Request IQC10106009004; Bearing, Plain, Self-Aligning. Configuration Control Item. McDonnell Douglas Corp (CAGE 76301), Drawing and Parts List 74A410637 Revision F, Part Number 74A410637-1001. Acceptable Sources: Kamatics Corporation (CAGE 50632), New Hampshire Ball Bearings (CAGE 15860), RBC Transport Dynamics (CAGE 09455), Sargent Controls/Dover Diversified (CAGE 97613), and Goodrich Corporation (CAGE 13002). Certificate of Quality Compliance applies. Government First Article Testing and CDRL apply. Origin Inspection required. FOB Destination. Stocked Item. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package available for this NSN. IAW QAP REP. Requested delivery is 223 DARO. This NSN is a critical application item and is not commercial. Solicitation will result in an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for a base year plus 4 option years. Solicited as an Unrestricted requirement, Other than Full and Open Competitive basis. Pricing will be evaluated on the Estimated Annual Demand (EAD), which is 204 each. The Guaranteed Minimum quantity is 51 each. These quantities will be the same for the base year and all four option years. Award from this solicitation can only be made from a domestically manufactured (US or Canada) bearings and bearing components. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Solicitation anticipated issue date is May 6, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
