- NSN 1560-01-087-5063, PR: 0025149051. Item: Keeper Assembly, P/N: 160C415023-17. The only approved sources for this item in regards to the specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement are: Northrop Grumman (CAGE 26512) P/N: 160C415023-17. DSCR does not currently have an approved technical data package for this item, nor can the information be furnished by the government. This procurement is a sole source, unrestricted acquisition. This part must be acquired from a manufacturing source(s) specified on a source control drawing. Any manufacturer, other than Northrop Grumman (CAGE 26512) P/N: 160C415023-17, wishing to submit a proposal on this item must submit a complete source approval request (SAR) information may be found via http://www.dscr.dla.mil/sarguide.doc. This solicitation will result in a Firm Fixed Price contract for 232 each. This item is subject to Critical Application Item and Configuration Control. FOB is Origin; Inspection and Acceptance is Origin. First Article/Preproduction approval required by Government Testing. Sample size 1 each. First Article is due in 180 days after receipt of award. Requested delivery is 274 days after first article approval. Delivery for this procurement will be STOCK. Automated Best Value System (ABVS) applies and Past Performance Information Retrieval System – Statistical Reporting (PPIRS_SR) may apply: the final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. This request is for a written quote. Please submit offers in writing. The solicitation issue date will be April 28, 2010 with a closing date of May 28, 2010. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DIBBS Website https://www.dibbs.bsm.dla.mil/ on the issue date cited in the RFP.
