- TAS::14 1035::TAS RECOVERY WASO #155094 - In compliance with the transparency and accountability requirements associated with the supplemental appropriations provided by the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Pub. L. 111-5, the Government posts this notice of intent to issue a Request for Quote (RFQ). THIS NOTICE IS POSTED FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. THIS OPPORTUNITY IS AVAILABLE ONLY TO CONTRACTORS UNDER GENERAL SERVICE ADMINISTRATION (GSA) FSC 56 - BUILDING MATERIALS, CATEGORY 206 4. The U.S. Department of the Interior, National Park Service, Everglades National Park, located in Homestead, FL, has a requirement to purchase energy efficient lighting and fixtures. The Government intends to award a firm fixed price delivery order in accordance with GSA E-Buy Request for Quote online system procedures. Receipt of the award is contingent on the recipient's meeting the requirements in Section 1512 of the Recovery Act.
