- Limited Source Memo RFQ Oracle Software Maintenance Renewal support for OSD. Provide quote replies directly to carrie.ross@disa.mil. The Period of Performance should provide for a period of support of 01 Apr 10 - 31 Mar 11 to allow for co-terming and provide non-disruptive service of prior contract without reinstatement/penalty fees. See attached document for additional details to include compliance with other terms and conditions. Government intent is to Award to Lowest Priced Technically Acceptable Offer. Government requests all available discounts. Small businesses encouraged to quote. Credit Card Payment method preferred. The customer's service contract number is 4766898. Oracle Corporation is the Original Equipment Manufacture (OEM) of the software. Oracle has proprietary rights to the software code for the products associated with this requirement and, as such is the only known vendor, along with its authorized resellers that can provide the required services.
