- REQUIRED ATTACHED DOCUMENTS CONTAIN INDIVIDUAL PRODUCT PACK/MARK/SHIP REQUIREMENTS, DELIVERY PROCEDURES AND IMPORTANT FAILURE NOTICE (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items, prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6 of the FAR and as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
